    Does the DVD version of this Target Exclusive have special sticker packaging? I only have seen the exclusive sticker on the Blu-Rays in my local Targets.

    Yes, the DVD version should have the bonus disc also, I just updated the post with some pictures. Your Targets might be sold out of them, I don't think each store gets many exclusive copies.
