The Pre-Order costs $5.00 and you receive your Free Sampler that day. You can return on 2/19 with your receipt and pick up your pre-order and the $5.00 will come off the total price.
YMMV: This item should ring up as a pre-sell with a required $5.00 deposit but some stores may have these marked as a penny and it may be possible to get one at that price.
